mylillyfee28 Jun 2015 22:45Hello everyone,
I have the following IKEA trestle legs:
They are neither FINNVARD, ODDVALD, nor Lerberg. It seems to be a model that IKEA no longer carries in their catalogue.
After being stored away for a long time, I am now in the process of reassembling them, but I think I am missing two parts… The lower crossbar has a hole at the top on each end. I believe something needs to be inserted there so that the two screws coming in from the sides can be secured together. Sorry, I’m not sure how to explain this better.
If I find out the name of these trestles, I can try to look for the assembly instructions.

IKEA-Freund28 Jun 2015 23:10Hello,
these were/are available at the local hardware store – of course, this doesn’t completely rule out that IKEA may have sold this model at some point.

IKEA-FreundThank you for your reply! 😀 Sorry to follow up: Is it exactly the model shown? The hardware store sells similar trestle legs, for example:
These models resemble my trestle legs but are not the same. However, I am quite sure that my trestle legs come from IKEA. But if you are right, that would explain why I can’t find the name at IKEA.

IKEA-Freund29 Jun 2015 20:29So, I crawled under my table (these are actually the trestles you showed, definitely not bought from IKEA, but purchased about 20 years ago at a building or hobby market, where I recently saw them again). To answer your question: the holes in the lower crossbars are fitted with cross bolts with nuts (like IKEA often used before they switched to cam connectors). Unfortunately, the picture quality is very poor, but only the phone was flat enough to fit underneath.
