We are currently building our retirement home as a bungalow designed to KfW Efficiency House 55 standards. So far, we have had houses without technical safety features. Now we are considering installing a possible minimum standard. However, we have no experience with what the minimum standard should be. What do you consider essential for house construction? Perhaps you could also provide suggestions with approximate costs. Please list only the minimum standards. As we know, there are many options that can be expensive, and we do not want that.
Which fire detection devices/smoke alarms do you have?
