We are planning to install wood-aluminum windows for our new build and have requested several quotes and looked at different windows. We noticed that some suppliers use dry glazing, while others use wet glazing.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods? Which one is better?
Thank you!

I guess we will have to talk about different profiles here, basically comparing apples and oranges: for dry conditions, I can only imagine using glazing beads. For wet conditions, nowadays silicone is probably used, whereas in the past putty was applied. I hope you have read my posts about wood-aluminum or wood/aluminum.
