ᐅ Do we need to hire an architect, or should I handle it myself?

Hello,

an architect does charge quite a bit of money, so I was wondering if I could do it myself, or if I am required to have an architect?

I also believe that architects definitely have their place. They don’t study for years without reason, and they gain the expertise needed to apply their knowledge effectively.

Until recently, I thought that hiring an architect was simply expensive and unnecessary. That was until a friend of mine built her house without one. So many things went wrong!

The architect will probably not underestimate the costs either. And before I end up out in the rain without one—perhaps even literally—I would rather accept these additional expenses.
