Hello everyone,
Is the result (see photos) really acceptable? What criteria are used for evaluation?
About four weeks ago, the façade work was carried out. External thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with polystyrene insulation, fine-grain colored render, followed by two coats for "evening out," installed as a complete system by a professional company. However, the result is very uneven.
The specialist company rejects the defects, stating that this is normal for dark colors and that the work is done manually, not by machine.
To us, it still looks bad and incorrect. Every wall looks like this, regardless of the time of day. But is this actually a defect?
Thanks in advance!
