ᐅ Toilet Seat Anti-Slip Stop for Toilet Seats

I have a problem. My children regularly break the toilet seat hinges within a short period of time.
I have already seen a solution for this in an accessible restroom and also in a kindergarten. But no matter which search term I use, I can't find it anywhere online.
What are these called, and where can I get them?

I don’t understand how they could break; you don’t lift the toilet seat except when cleaning.

already done.
there are only standard buffers included there by default. I am looking for ones like in the photo.

The buffers do not seem to be available individually. What I found are complete clips/caps including such buffers.
