We are slowly planning to replace our old bed because it is no longer comfortable to sleep in. We have already read a lot about the advantages of waterbeds and box spring beds. We have looked at several options but are interested in hearing about personal experiences from owners of these types of beds.

Cold feet in bed are a thing of the past because the waterbed is always warm. And don’t forget about hygiene — you won’t get any other bed type as clean as a waterbed (which is interesting for allergy sufferers).
We have been sleeping on a waterbed for 10 years and have felt much more rested ever since (we don’t toss and turn as much anymore), so we can strongly recommend it.
The downside is that you can’t really test it properly, since sleeping on a waterbed just once will probably cause back pain (due to the high level of relaxation of the back).
However, anyone who doesn’t like the “wobbly” feeling will never enjoy it.
