Hello everyone,
Our townhouse has had the windows installed for a few weeks now. Today, we happened to notice that there was water inside the window frames on the upper floor. It seems to have been there for a while because the drill shavings (or whatever they are, see photo) have already started to rust. This is only occurring on the windows upstairs. Downstairs everything is dry. Do you have any idea? Could the sealing pressure be too low? Is water coming in through the ventilation slots on the windows?
Thanks!

Hello again!
The feedback from the window manufacturer indicated that the water in this area does not represent a defect. Water entering between the frame and sash is normal to some extent and is drained outward through the drainage slots.
The contact pressure between the frame and sash will also be adjusted once more before handover.

The contact pressure between the frame and sash will also be adjusted again before handover. That’s exactly right, as I mentioned, it’s normal and completely different compared to the case in the other post where water entered through the flat roof....
