ᐅ Water in the garage. Possible damaged slab foundation? Any experiences?

I bought a house one year ago. Since one week ago, I have had a problem with water standing in the garage (workshop). The strange thing is that on the other side of the wall, there is also water standing, but in the middle of the room. It seems to be coming more or less from the joints.

Could this be a defective slab foundation? How can this issue be resolved? I also find it unusual that on the other side, the water comes up in the middle and not along the edge.

Maybe someone can help.
