ᐅ Water Damage – Screed Drying – Final Inspection

we have the final inspection of our house scheduled for early September. During the construction phase, there was water damage caused by a leaking roof. The screed, interior plaster/walls, and insulation in the roof had to be dried out. Is there anything specific to consider for the inspection regarding this? For example, is dried insulation still fully functional, etc.?

Didn’t you have an independent expert inspect the damage? Especially for something like this, it’s worth investing in one 😉

Since our developer holds the house rights and has denied us access with an independent expert: NO!

Oops. In that case, I would take the expert along for the inspection...
