ᐅ Heating System Warranty

Good evening,
our house was handed over about 1 year ago. So, we are still within the 5-year warranty period. Our house has a standard radiator heating system. Afterwards, we had underfloor heating installed by a heating company different from the one used by the builder. Now, the heating company that installed the original heating system on behalf of the builder claims that we have lost all warranty rights on the heating system due to the installation of underfloor heating (only on the ground floor).
Could you please tell us if this is correct? I would appreciate any answers. Thank you.

How does the heating company justify this?

Was the already installed heating system altered in any way during the installation of the underfloor heating (even small changes can be relevant)?

No, as far as I understand, only 2 "switches" or something similar were installed. The actual heating system remained untouched.
