if the distance from the center of one pipe to the center of the other is 15cm (6 inches), everything is installed correctly. At first glance, it looks good.
Regarding the "insulation," what do you mean? Yes, the pipes are insulated as well. Or are you referring to the sealing of the wall? That would still be missing before proceeding with tiles or wall panels.
