We want to remove the wall between the kitchen and the dining room (formerly a bedroom). It is 11cm (4.3 inches) thick. Although we believe it is not a load-bearing wall, we would like to get your opinion as well. What do you think, is it a load-bearing wall? Are there any features that can definitively rule out that it is load-bearing?

Unfortunately, you only partially uploaded the ground floor plan; usually, the indicated wall thicknesses on the plan can help determine whether walls are load-bearing or not. In the case of the wall in question, I would assume it is non-load-bearing. As always, this is without guarantee; the structural engineer involved at the time will know more precisely.
Kind regards
