Hello, we would like to create a door opening in a wall.
However, this wall is not shown in the building plan. We would like to know whether it is load-bearing, non-load-bearing, or a bracing wall.
The wall is on the ground floor. In the basement, the wall is present in the same location and also shown in the plans. In the attic, it is neither shown nor present. It is also not visible in the foundation plans.
Thank you very much.

Many words do not provide any real information, nor can anything be concluded from them.

I'll consult my crystal ball. In my opinion, this should not be a problem.

If you have legitimate doubts, then ask a structural engineer.

Your builder might also be able to assess this, as hopefully they have more information than we do.

The green marking shows the location of the wall on the ground floor (not shown in the plan). It is present in the basement but not in the attic. I have marked the spot green each time.
