Hello,

I am currently torn between two suppliers that are roughly the same price.

The wall assemblies from inside to outside are as follows:

SUPPLIER A: SUPPLIER B:

12.5 mm (0.5 inch) gypsum board 15 mm (0.6 inch) Fermacell structural panels
12 mm (0.5 inch) OSB 40 mm (1.6 inch) timber frame construction with 40 mm (1.6 inch) Knauf insulation
200 mm (7.9 inch) mineral wool insulation 0.2 mm (0.008 inch) vapor retarder
between studs 140 mm (5.5 inch) Knauf insulation between studs
200 mm (7.9 inch) timber frame construction 140 mm (5.5 inch) timber frame construction
60 mm (2.4 inch) wood fiber insulation board 40 mm (1.6 inch) wood fiberboard
Base coat with reinforcing mortar and mesh Base coat with reinforcing mortar and mesh – finish coat
Finish coat Finish coat

Could someone please help me? Both options fit my budget and other requirements. Which wall assembly is better?

It would make sense to set this up in a clearer way. Simply structure as option a and then option b.

Special attention should be paid to the U-values.
Neither of them has an installation level? That would already be a disadvantage...
