Good morning,

I want to install a vented kitchen hood with exhaust air, as I also want to remove moisture from the kitchen.

It is recommended to install a 150mm (6 inch) duct leading outside.

Which wall vent cover would you recommend?

It should be well sealed to prevent outside air from blowing back inside.

Thanks and best regards,
Chris

Hello
I have installed the Naber wall box together with the Underverk extractor hood

White pipe with flange as wall duct for building services

Connected to a round duct with a diameter of 150 mm (6 inches) and a round stainless steel external cover.
— Minimum pressure 150 Pa
— Stainless steel cover diameter 220 mm (9 inches)
— Hose/duct connection diameter 150 mm (6 inches)
— Connection depth 24 mm (1 inch)
— Installation depth 314 – 500 mm (12 – 20 inches), wall opening diameter approx. 155 mm (6 inches)
— For the installation of the intake pipe, a core drill hole with a diameter of 155 mm (6 inches) is recommended

I am very satisfied with it.
The cover opens outward when there is suction and closes automatically when the suction stops.
Best regards

I picked up the wall box yesterday from Marley (Globus Market). The louvers are fixed and come with a backdraft damper. The hood also features a backdraft damper.

If I become dissatisfied after several months, I will need to replace it.

In principle, I don’t think much can go wrong with it.
