ᐅ Vitocal 300-A heat pump makes rattling noise

Hello everyone,

We moved into our new house three months ago and have a Vitocal 300-A heat pump (air-to-water, indoor installation).
Today at noon, I came home and already heard a rattling noise in the hallway. This is the first time it has happened. I made a video and uploaded it to Google Drive.

I then wiggled the casing a bit and got the impression that the noise stopped. According to my wife, it hasn’t occurred since then (I was at work all day).

Maybe one of you can say something about this.

I always send photos via message to our heating engineer (who is located 120km (75 miles) away)... every time he was at our place the next day 🙂

Maybe discuss the flow temperature with him???

I haven’t been able to say anything yet. They will come by in the new year. The heating is working and currently not making any noise 🙂
