Häuschenbauer46 Jan 2026 07:21Good morning everyone,
In my new build, a ventilation system from Vallox is installed, model ValloxPlus 370MV.
After connecting the KNX module over the weekend and taking a closer look at the ventilation unit, I noticed a small gap between the two ducts (ValloFlex ISO = insulated ducts) that pass through the exterior wall (42.5cm (17 inches) Poroton) where daylight from outside is visible.
The house is not plastered yet, so this issue should be resolved once the plastering is done. However, I’m wondering what would be the best way to temporarily seal this gap. Ideally, I don’t want to seal it only from the outside but across the entire thickness of the wall.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or can suggest a solution?
Thanks in advance 🙂
