Hello everyone,

As far as I know, some of you have taken your ERR out of operation.
I have done the same in most of the rooms for a few years now, but I still have the valves installed and always have to make sure the ERR is set to 1 so that no power is drawn.
Do you still have the controllers on the wall or have you removed them entirely?

Is there any useful purpose for the wiring? Do you have any ideas or have you already implemented something?

I once considered an in-wall thermometer/hygrometer... but I didn’t pursue it further. I’m not sure if an electrical version is even feasible or if such a product is available on the market.

How exactly did you take them out of operation if they are still set to 1?

Probably the actuators disconnected (in the HVAC).

But then he wouldn’t need to worry about power consumption, right?

He probably just disconnected them mechanically, not electrically.
Since each motor usually consumes about 2W, that adds up to a constant 20W for 10 motors.
That’s why I use normally open contacts without power everywhere.

If they are on a separate circuit breaker, I would just remove that.
