Good evening,
since I have seen several development plans, I am currently wondering what the “Z” might stand for!?

WA – general residential area OK
I – single-story construction OK
o – open construction OK
Floor area ratio – 0.3 OK
Plot ratio – 0.5 OK

but what does – Z – mean?

Unfortunately, I don’t have the legend for the development plan at hand,
and there is nothing about it in the T-restriction either.

I can't give you an exact answer, and I'm sure someone else here might have a better one, but usually, "Z" indicates the number of full floors. This is also how it is defined in some legends. However, in your case, it’s written at the top on the other side.

The permitted number of full storeys is typically set as the standard. However, that does not seem to be the case here. In this instance, it is not a label for an entry but the entry itself. It might be worth checking with the city or local council.
