we are looking for someone who, for payment, can accurately incorporate a floor plan (2 stories, created by the construction company) into a site plan to scale.
Unfortunately, we do not have the time or capacity to do this ourselves. Furthermore, the plot is tapered in shape, so we need to determine the exact placement of the house.

Here in the forum, the question "why, what for, and how" is discussed three times first.
It is and should be completely irrelevant to you why I need this and why the building inspector/planning authority does not do it.

A few of us, including myself, could do it in theory and also have software options, but you have to question the purpose first—otherwise, you might accept a job that actually requires architectural knowledge.
