Hello to all UniFi specialists,
I have the following problem: I wanted to / have installed two AC Pro units! Everything is connected normally through a PoE switch. Now, during the initial setup, something went wrong, so I can no longer access the access points via the app!
I always get the message "Error during login!" I have tried resetting multiple times with no success!
There must be a way to reset the system completely, right?
I am also not satisfied with the performance!
From 250 Mbps only about 80 Mbps are reaching the access point!
I chose UniFi based on many recommendations, but so far I am really disappointed!

I finally managed to get both access points running! But they don’t show up in the controller. They appear as individual devices in the app, but the controller shows 0 APs!
Does anyone have an idea why this might be?

Where did you set them up? The devices can only be registered to one controller.
In other words, if you set it up on your phone, you cannot use the controller software on your laptop.
If you set it up on the laptop with the software, you can access the controller from your phone (as long as the software is running and the laptop is on).
For beginners, a Cloud Key is the easiest solution.
