Hey,

maybe someone here can help me. Attached is a picture of the manifold on the ground floor. The second-to-last flow meter, the one in the living room, shows the float at the very top, nearly zero flow, while all the others are at 1 as you can see. For the three on the right, there is a thermostat responsible for the living room and kitchen, which is located on the living room door.

When I stand barefoot in the hallway, guest bathroom, and kitchen (all tiled floors), I can feel the warmth in the floor. However, in the living room (laminate flooring), the warmth is hardly noticeable. There is a thermometer in the living room (opposite the living room door) that consistently shows around 22–23°C (72–73°F). The heat pump is actually set to 22°C (72°F).

That’s the situation. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Thanks!

And what is the problem? The temperatures are reached, the heating works. Everything is fine so far.

Well, what do you mean by problem? I just want to try to understand why things are the way they are.
If there was a separate thermostat for it that was turned off, I would understand. But as it is, there is one thermostat connected to the three right radiant panels, yet they show different readings. And you simply cannot feel the usual warmth on the floor.

Turn the red cap upward about half a turn on the indicator, and it should work. It can sometimes get stuck if unused for a while or after a new installation (flush with cold water). We’ve experienced this with a few indicators as well.

Thank you @rick2018

I had already turned it, but I think I only turned the transparent part at the top, not the one at the bottom... at least, I believe so...

New installation? We moved in mid-July 2020, so that would be about three quarters of a year ago in total. Um, how do you flush that?!

After installation, the pipes are flushed with cold water and tested for leaks.
When you start heating, the rubber seals can sometimes stick.
So, it’s not you who should flush...
Simply turn the entire gauge, not just the sight glass. For this to work, the red cap must be removed.
