Hello,

we are about to move in, and the heating installation company completed the final assembly two days ago. The underfloor heating works in all rooms except for a small bathroom on the ground floor where the floor remains cold.
I will of course contact the heating company first thing on Monday, but I would still be interested to hear if anyone has any ideas about what the cause might be or if anyone has experienced something similar.
Thank you in advance for your input.
Best regards,
Matthias

There are many possible explanations. Most likely, an actuator in the heating circuit manifold is either improperly connected or faulty. The electrical control (thermostat) could also be the issue. Have the installer check it, as they are responsible for ensuring everything is correct and probably have not yet conducted the final inspection.

We had the same issue. The actuator didn’t move due to a faulty solder joint. It was quickly identified and fixed.

Stuck or faulty actuator is the usual issue.
Check the heating circuit manifold to see if the heating circuit for the toilet has flow.

All previous posts are correct! But let the plumber fix it properly, as it is their work and responsibility. No soldering or anything like that!!!
