ᐅ Underfloor heating: No thermostatic controls in the rooms on the upper floor

VolkmannHello,
The house we want to buy also has underfloor heating upstairs. However, there are no thermostats in the individual rooms. So far, the temperature has been controlled by a central "rotary valve" located behind a hatch in the bedroom.
We want to change that. We would like to have a thermostat next to each room’s door.
There are 4 rooms involved (1 bedroom, 2 children’s rooms, 1 bathroom). What would this approximately cost if done by a professional?
Material costs?
Installation costs?

Once a radiant floor heating system is set at the valves, you generally don’t need individual controls anymore.
Speaking from experience: I once had a house with valve controls located in an access panel on the upper floor and in the basement for the ground floor. Everything worked fine and well – so what’s the point of the extra effort?

Yes, I recently read something like that on the internet as well. I am familiar with the ERR from an old rental building where I lived from 1980 to 1990. So should it be left as is? And what do you do if one room is supposed to be cooler than the others (for example, the bedroom)?
