I moved alone from Munich to Cologne two weeks ago.
I don’t know anyone familiar with these things, so I would like to ask my question here.
The apartment is heated by district heating (underfloor heating).
Unfortunately, it is constantly cold here; the pipes of the underfloor heating are only lukewarm.
I’m used to it from my parents’ place where the pipes were hot!
Can someone please help me somehow?? Why aren’t they getting fully hot?
It’s quite cold in the apartment here :-(

schubert791 Nov 2012 15:59Better call the landlord right away... If you turn the heating up fully and it doesn’t get warm, something is wrong.
