I am a civil engineer and professionally plan large construction projects. I often see how much a clear schedule provides overview and security.
I now want to make this approach available to private homeowners.
I bring a factual, objective perspective – independent from construction companies, which often give overly optimistic or polished commitments.
My goal is a clear workflow plan with defined milestones and a realistic assessment of when each trade will be active.
Currently, I am looking for my first pilot clients – homeowners who are currently building or renovating and are interested in a neutral view of their construction process.
