ᐅ Turnkey Construction / Self-Build / Additional Electrical Outlets

uwe72Hello,
We are building a turnkey house, meaning the electrician is included in the total price.
However, the construction specifications only include one outlet below the switch and one double socket per room.
That’s not enough for me. The electrician charges 40 euros per additional outlet as an extra service.
I am a trained electrician and would like to install the additional outlets myself.
The same goes for empty conduits for network cables, TV, and telephone.
I mentioned this to the general contractor. He wasn’t very enthusiastic about the idea because of the warranty but said it would have to be discussed with the electrician.
We haven’t signed the contract with the general contractor yet.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I might manage this?
Any negotiation tips, etc.?
Thanks!!
Best regards

Thank you.
Yes, I forgot to mention that.
I asked about it, but I was told that I would get a discount of about 6000 euros.
However, I can’t hire an electrician for 6000 euros. I asked two electricians, and they said that would not be enough, which I also believe.
And for time reasons, I don’t want to do the entire construction myself, only the costly "additions."

Then you simply have to have a qualified electrician do the necessary work, such as the outlets and all the additional extras yourself.
Is it not possible for you to hire the electrical trade and have the extra outlets invoiced by them? We had to arrange all extras directly with the tradespeople ourselves.
That resulted in quite different prices: instead of 39.50, it was 26 per outlet.
