tulamidan14 Aug 2024 17:12We had 120 x 260 cm (47 x 102 inches) tiles installed in the bathroom. For the delivery, we had to order a special box as well.
After the tiles were installed, the box is now sitting in our driveway. Is it considered waste, or does it work like Euro pallets where it can be returned?

After the panels were installed, the box is now sitting in our driveway... is this now waste?
Or does it work like Euro pallets, meaning can it be returned? "Order along" probably means the transport packaging had to be added to the shopping cart (?). In that case, the delivery terms and/or the delivery note and/or the invoice should clarify whether this is a loan or purchase item (this can be indicated as a "price" or "deposit," but not necessarily).

Gerddieter14 Aug 2024 22:05Just ask your tile supplier... mine wanted the same – cost was 190 euros.
I politely declined since it was only about 5 square meters (54 square feet) of wall and I chose 120 x 120 cm (47 x 47 inches) tiles without a transport box.
