I have a question about the facade. The plan is to have the facade partially finished with plaster and partially with brickwork.

The horizontal transition should be relatively straightforward, but what about the vertical transition at the corner? Is this a technical issue, or is there a simple technical solution to ensure it looks good visually afterwards?

Horizontally, this is constructed to a “thickness” and sealed with white acrylic.
Optionally, a drip edge can be installed.

Vertically, the same approach is usually followed.

Vertically, it is probably handled the same way.

Vertically, this doesn’t really work well at the corner... then you would basically have to miter cut the brick and the render/ plaster.

I think it will be possible to look at the face of the brick vertically.

[The façades discussed can be found at https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/rolllaeden-Farbe-bei-weissem-Haus-mit-klinkeranteilen.33620/]

It seems inconsistent to me, but if it is a person’s will, then so be it: I would start the brick cladding (viewed from its visible surface) “too early” enough so that the joints align flush with the plaster surface of the adjacent façade at the corner. This way, from the gable side, you only see the thickness of the facing bricks.
