ᐅ Going to IKEA in Cologne during Carnival?!

Is the IKEA in Cologne, for example, crowded on Weiberfastnacht? It’s quite possible that it will be almost empty, especially since many revelers will be out and about 😀 and the Rhineland is made up of (almost) nothing but revelers 😀

You might be right about Cologne, but it’s better to check the opening hours first! I think it has been closed during Carnival before 😉
In many other buildings, things are often quite chaotic!!!!!

The opening hours remain the same... however, I have already heard from several people that it will be quite busy during Carnival as well.

A few years ago, I visited IKEA during the carnival days, thinking I was being clever – but apparently, others had the same idea. The crowd was comparable to a typical Saturday.

Hi there, I didn’t go to IKEA, especially not on Rose Monday – I preferred to watch the train with my little sister 😀 I might have gone on Women’s Thursday, but I ended up trusting my mom’s advice (she said it would be as crowded as on a Saturday) and stayed home instead 😉
