Hi .....my question is about the Ringhult side panels ....our kitchen is 2.00 m (6 feet 7 inches) and the side panels are 2.20 m (7 feet 3 inches) ....is it correct that I have to shorten them myself, meaning cut them down? Also, the long side is damaged and has markings made with a permanent marker .....everything seems a bit suspicious.
Best regards, emma08

Hello,
how does the moisture behave when placing the Ringhult deck sides directly on the floor/tiles? Don't they start to swell after some time?

The cut edge should face upwards and not be in contact with the floor. To be safe, I would avoid placing the top side directly on the floor and instead insert a sealing profile.

Hi jojoman, that’s really impressive, not everyone has the right tools – especially saws – at home......
With a fitted kitchen, adjustments are practically always necessary.
...

The word fitted kitchen itself already contains the word "build" in its root.

Without at least some basic tools and DIY skills, it simply won’t work...
