Hello, we are currently in the process of choosing tiles. We have already decided on the tile itself, but we are still unsure about the size. :-(
Could you please share photos of tiles that are as gray as possible and include the dimensions?
Preferably for the entrance area or hallway.
Thank you in advance.

@Baufie : Pictures! 🙂 There are none. The client has forbidden me to post pictures online...
I have the same issue with the parquet flooring—I want to keep the installation direction consistent with the tiles.
For the living room, I want to create a sense of depth, so should I lay the parquet from top to bottom? The living room measures 6.8 meters (22 feet 4 inches) deep and 7.8 meters (25 feet 7 inches) wide. If I do this, the tiles at the entrance won't be laid across the room, which would look nice in the 3-meter (10 feet) entry area.
Living room details:
I have two patio doors (2 × 2.1 meters / 6 feet 11 inches) facing the garden, with a stove positioned between them.
Ideally, I should lay the parquet perpendicular to these doors, which looks good to me. However, I want to emphasize the depth of the living room, which is 7.8 meters (25 feet 7 inches) wide.
Are there any professional flooring planners out there? 🙂

I want to add depth to the living room, so I should lay the parquet flooring from top to bottom, right? In an almost square room, that won’t work. Parquet flooring is usually installed perpendicular to the direction of incoming light (e.g., terrace doors facing south ⇒ parquet laid from west to east).Similar topics
