I have a question regarding the terms mentioned above.
We have the opportunity to purchase a plot on the left side of the road shown in the picture.
The eaves height is stated as 3 m (10 feet). How should I interpret the value of the eaves height, and what is generally to be considered regarding an eaves height of 3 m (10 feet)?
Our current idea is to place a living level in the basement and have only one full story above it, so from the street it would look like a bungalow, while at the back you would enter the garden at ground level.
