Hello,

to compensate for the slope, three rows of formwork blocks were placed on the strip foundation, but no steel reinforcement was incorporated. The floor slab is intended to be poured on top of this.

Do you consider this to be problematic?

Totally concerning, without bored piles nothing will work in this situation.

This is the foundation for a garden house, I hope.

No, for an urban villa... filled and compacted with gravel

I would have hoped so too, but back in February there was talk of a 70cm (28 inches) difference in ground level within the footprint area https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/mehrkosten-hanglage-und-baeume.18647/. Besides, this construction seems rather unsuitable for that.

This is certainly just a frost skirt, not a strip foundation. The slab transfers the load over the area inside the formwork blocks. I don’t automatically consider this construction faulty. Layman’s opinion, though!
