Hello everyone,
a Geberit washbasin set-GIS for a single-hole faucet was installed in my bathroom, so only the pre-wall frame. However, the threaded parts where the threaded rods are inserted have been installed at uneven heights (about 6mm (0.24 inches)). Is this normal, or can I compensate for it when mounting the washbasin? Or would this be a reason for a complaint, since the washbasin would then hang crooked? Unfortunately, the tiles are already installed, so making any changes would involve a lot of effort, but that would be better than having a washbasin that is not really usable.

Best regards and thanks a lot for the information

Anyone working in construction who doesn’t immediately think of a “level” when it comes to “water” probably could have ended up in some sort of administrative job, in my opinion. A plumbing installation that is not “level” is a joke.
6 mm over (30 ?) cm is not “uneven,” it’s “crooked” :-(
Did someone spell “tolerance” with a double L?
