I have two open pipes in the finished kitchen that I want to close off. For this, I need two self-sealing caps with the approximate dimensions shown in the picture.
Where can I find something like this, and what are these measurements referring to? Thank you very much!

Available at any hardware store. How about simply replacing the angle valve so you won’t need any caps, or do you want to keep using it as is?
Even if you want to keep using it, I would properly redo this part instead of trying to patch something together.
By the way, these are imperial sizes. You have 3/8" and 3/4".
