Dear building professionals,
I have owned a single-family house for six years. To be on the safe side, I had a thermal imaging inspection done – see attachments. Unfortunately, the images are not very professional, but you can still see quite a bit. I am a layperson and can only make guesses, so I would appreciate your help. Thank you!
Overall, the house seems to be properly insulated except for the windows and the conservatory, as well as the foundation wall on one side. One window was probably tilted open during the inspection.
Are the windows and especially the conservatory within acceptable tolerance, or are they normally insulated, or should they be replaced? Do I have to accept this kind of window insulation from a licensed professional, or is it simply poor workmanship? How should I proceed now?
Thank you for any help!

Colorful pictures...
What did the thermography expert say about their work?
Paid 80 euros? Better to spend that money on a proper meal – you simply can’t achieve anything with such a test. Hire a qualified thermographer, and then you’ll get useful results. Sorry for being blunt, but this is a rip-off. Honestly, I wouldn’t pay a single cent for that.
A thermographer should be at least Level II certified for building thermography according to DIN EN 473 and should have a proper camera. A well-executed thermographic inspection is usually done mostly from the inside (except for special cases) and only complemented from the outside. The actual assessment is done internally, and a clear, easy-to-understand report for laypeople should be included.
Best regards
