Hello everyone,

we have received our KFW calculation.

I don’t really understand it, due to a lack of knowledge.

Here are the results:

Qp reference 82 kWh/(m2a)
Qp new build 40.9 kWh/(m2a)
Relative to reference value 50%

Ht reference 0.372 W/(m2K)
Ht new build 0.259 W/(m2K)
Relative to reference value 70%

Can anyone explain this to me?

Is this acceptable? Enough for KfW55? Barely reached, could be improved, well achieved, etc.?

Thank you very much

Regards

Qp is quite good (required 55%), Ht just barely (required 70%). But achieved is achieved. It fits.

Did I understand correctly.

Qp = energy demand for heating/ventilation system, etc.
Ht = insulation/airtightness, etc.

Is this translation that straightforward?
