Hello everyone, I have a conservatory that was completely dismantled and replaced with a new one two weeks ago. It features uPVC profiles with triple glazing, and on top, there is a sloped roof connected to the upper ceiling. The sloped frame (also glazed) is made of metal, as the window manufacturer stated that plastic would not be permitted for this part.
Now I notice that the metal frame feels extremely cold from the inside, and condensation is forming there. It also seems like cold air is coming through the joints.
My question to you: is it normal to have condensation on the frame even at relatively mild outdoor temperatures, or was there poor workmanship during the installation?
