The textured wallpaper also has spores. You can permanently remove them using a bleach solution mixed 1 to 5 with water. However, the window sill probably won’t be cured that way; it needs to be removed and replaced. Then you should answer the question of where it is coming from to prevent it from happening again. Okay.

Thank you, it is plaster without textured wallpaper.
