Hello everyone,
We have these light switches. When pressing them, they no longer activate the light, and there is no more clicking sound when they engage.
Does anyone have experience with this? Is there possibly a simple way to "adjust" them yourself and avoid calling an electrician?
They are only 3 years old. At first, it was just one, but now there are two...
Thanks for your help

I am an electrician myself and even have a master craftsman certificate.
I am not personally familiar with this program. I come from Germany, and according to my Google research, it is a Swiss manufacturer.
Premature failures can always occur from time to time.
Now the question is, what is connected to the switch or what is being controlled by it?
It could also be due to a load that is too large or LED drivers/ballasts, which have a short, high inrush current that a normal toggle switch does not handle well.
@MaxPlank please check the device that is switched on by the switch or have an electrician inspect it.
If that is the cause, any newly installed switch will not have a longer lifespan.
But it could also simply have been a faulty unit that failed after 3 years.
Regards, Timo
