After one year, an anthracite floor tile has developed a white spot in the middle. It looks as if it has been "worn out."

Is it normal for large floor tiles to show wear? It cannot be dirt, as it doesn’t come off with common cleaning methods.

Maybe lime scale buildup because the showerhead drips a little? Have you tried using Silit Bang or another strong lime scale remover?

If there are lime scale spots, rinse aid for the dishwasher can also help.
