ᐅ Sewer pipes were incorrectly installed in the foundation slab!

Hello everyone,
Our foundation slab was covered today, and I checked the measurements.
The external dimensions are all correct, but some of the wastewater pipes and empty conduits are slightly off from the planned positions.
About half of the wastewater and empty conduits for electricity/water in the garage are 5-8 cm (2-3 inches) away from the original plan, while others are only 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) off.
We are having a prefabricated house built, and I think the measurements should be as precise as possible, otherwise the pipes might end up outside the walls.
Do you think a deviation of 5-8 cm (2-3 inches) is still acceptable tolerance, or is that too much for a prefabricated house? Will the slab need to be chipped open and corrected? Is it even possible to easily fix such small deviations?
Thanks a lot

Unfortunately, I commissioned those separately.
The slab contractor poured them directly instead of keeping the pipes flexible and casting later.
So far, the builder has said little because the slab is a self-performed task.
I will arrange appointments next week to clarify this.

It happened as expected! No expert involved so far in the construction project Ouch. Because of the importance of the slab level / foundation slab as an interface (and since it is harder to make a poor "compensation fix" with a prefabricated house), I would always want to include that within the builder’s warranty scope. And if that’s not possible, then it is absolutely essential to have a very thorough expert assigned to the construction site.
