Hello everyone.

The bad luck with our house project just doesn’t stop.
Today, after 3 months, we finally received the notice for a hearing from the building authority.
The house exceeds the rear building line by nearly 2 meters (6.5 feet).
Unfortunately, the woman at the office won’t be back until Thursday.
What options do we have now?
Is it possible to simply move the house forward, or does everything need to be reapplied for?
We are getting married on Thursday, and this really hits us hard.

Best regards

Of course, you know everything better and blame me for everything?
I don’t have any other plan! I just cut off what was below!
The other houses can only be seen on the cadastral map.
Why would I reduce the map size so that the other houses are not visible? What would be the point of that, please?
Accusing me of something here is the last thing!

A look at the site plan is enough for me to determine that the distance to the left boundary of the property according to your planner was not set arbitrarily, but results from other constraints. However, no one here can assess how significant those constraints are, since you are keeping your specific plans to yourself.
I would advise you to use the time you spend criticizing the elephant here more constructively by communicating with your planner. Also, take the opportunity to define your role as the client.

That's right, there's a circle drawn that extends exactly to the neighboring house. What does it mean? Something related to fire protection?

If the house is now moved 2 meters (6.5 feet) closer to the street, the circle will intersect the neighboring house.

That is the 15m (50 feet) radius around the chimney, within which a neighbor is allowed to be affected by your emissions.

Wow, I didn’t even know something like that existed.
