After several years, we are now close to securing our desired plot of land, and for planning purposes, we are already supposed to involve architects.
Since we want to build a thatched roof house, this is proving difficult because even after extensive searches, there are hardly any meaningful responses.
We are looking for a builder with experience in thatched roof houses.
We are located near the southern area of Hamburg.

Hello, does it have to be a developer specifically, or are you thinking more of a general contractor?
In the timber frame prefabricated house sector, Haacke also offers thatched roofs. Just a tip. Otherwise, I would really look for a skilled thatcher and try to coordinate between them and the architect / house manufacturer.
