the new build, which will be used either for long-term rental or as a holiday home rental, is now ready for wallpapering.
What would be recommended in this case?
Smooth fleece wallpaper or textured wallpaper, pros and cons of these types. We are really unsure about this.

hampshire18 May 2021 09:13For the vacation apartment, textured wallpaper is more affordable and practical. If you want to rent it out at a higher standard, a more premium finish makes sense. You can also take a look at how hotels finish their walls. They generally know what they are doing and usually operate economically.
You can also look into the fiberglass category if you want something high-quality AND very durable.
I personally like the typical look (the woven pattern), but I believe there are now very fine versions available where the commercial building character (office building) is not as pronounced...
