Hello everyone,

In our newly built condominium, we have installed terrace slabs from the company Kann, model “Madison,” on the covered balcony. These slabs have a “CleanKeeper plus” sealant. I noticed that they scratch very easily and initially thought this was caused by the gravel. I scrubbed the slabs individually with water and dish soap, and now there are brownish stains visible. What am I doing wrong? The slabs look dull, and I can’t remove the stains. Does anyone have advice?

Gray paved rectangular concrete slabs as flooring; shadows and wooden chair legs at top right.

Do you have oiled wooden furniture on your terrace? That also causes those brownish stains because the oil tends to run off a bit. We use this outdoor cleaner from Lithofin for dirty concrete pavers, and it always works well for us.

Best regards,

Thank you, Curly, for your quick response. Am I allowed to use this "Lithofin" on these tiles that have the "CleanKeeper plus" sealant? By now, I am afraid of what I am allowed to do.

I use soft soap, a scrub brush, and patience. Once a year, and so far everything has come off. Grease stains, algae, etc.
However, they are not particularly sealed.
