swix112Hello,
we are planning to build soon and I have a question about the temporary power distribution box. A friend of mine has an old temporary power distribution box at home and he would lend it to me for the construction phase. What requirements does this power distribution box need to meet for the construction company to use it? That way, I could save the rental costs. I would only need to have it connected by a professional.
It would be great if someone had some information about this.

You need to ask the electrician (either your own if you are managing the project yourself or the one from the contractor); only they can give you a reliable answer.
Kind regards
When it comes to old electrical installations, I always have a strange feeling. The rental cost for a temporary power distribution box is really not high, so I would have the construction company provide it – then they are responsible.
If something is wrong with the old box or if something is missing, it can become much more expensive.
