ᐅ Telekom Hybrid or Vodafone Cable – Advantages and Disadvantages for Internet Access

Although I am building in the capital city (yes, really in Berlin itself), there will be no decent DSL available at my construction site (max. 6 Mbit). So far, I have been considering either Vodafone cable (although I haven’t received an offer yet) or Telekom hybrid.
Until now, I was leaning towards cable. But reports about complete outages in the evening and disadvantages due to shared bandwidth are making me reconsider whether I should go with Telekom after all.
What are the pros and cons of these two technologies?
Side question: Other traditional DSL providers like 1&1 or O2 are offering me higher speeds up to 50 Mbit. Is that even possible if Telekom only promises 6 Mbit? As far as I know, they don’t have their own lines but use Telekom’s infrastructure, right?
Thanks and best regards

No connection interruptions for us,
even though it is an old settlement area from 1925, also a building gap.
The expansion plan is one thing, but when trenches are being dug and data cables/fiber optic cables are on the spool, apply and finalize quickly.
On the way to the construction pit, I saw the spool two years ago and applied immediately with the move-in date.

But none of you hybrid users happen to be gamers, right?
It's a bit important for our family. Actually, I am a gamer. Not like I used to be, but when kids, house, garden, and my wife allow it, I enjoy playing first-person shooters like Battlefield 1 from time to time.
That worked perfectly. The question is, what does hybrid enable for you? What maximum bandwidth do you achieve? I believe there was a map showing LTE coverage from the Telekom?!
The coverage is good, but unfortunately, it doesn't provide any information about how many cells are available and how many users share the one I would connect to.
According to online posts, it also seems that volume-based plan customers are prioritized over hybrid plan customers when it comes to bandwidth.
There are reports of lower speeds than the throttling in volume-based plans during evening hours... I wouldn’t want to deal with that.

We also have the Gigabit connection from Vodafone. Telekom only provides 50 Mbps, of which probably only 50% is actually delivered.
So far, no issues (we also use IPTV through it). Always fast enough.
The previous 500 Mbps connection only supported Dual Stack with Powerupload. With the 1 Gbps connection, it works without additional costs.
